Shipping & orders
How fast do you ship?
We produce your product upon your order, this usually takes 2-3 days. We might have a small stock ready to ship. We therefore usually ship 3-5 days after the order is placed. The actual transportation time in Denmark is 1-2 days. Later when we open sales to other markets transportation time inside the EU typically takes 2-4 days. Outside the EU, 5-7 days.
Where do you ship to?
So far we are shipping to Denmark and soon Europe. Later we plan to ship to other international countries.
From where do you ship?
We produce your product in Aarhus in Denmark and ship your order directly from our workshop in Aarhus.
Why are you often producing products after my order?
It is an environmental friendly business setup we have chosen, giving less stock, less waste, less globe-crossing transportation and no over production, nor mass production
Payment methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard and Mobilepay.
Returns
What is your return policy?
When you shop at millibar.store you always have 14 days to return your order from the time you received the product. Unfortunately you can not change your product. If you want to change to another item, you must place a new order. If you want to make a return, contact us at support@millibar.store to get your return label. The customer is responsible for the return fee.

Products
Why do you use 3D printing in your products?
3D printing is giving us new design and business opportunities that was not possible with traditional injection moulding and mass production. It’s friendly to small scale production, it’s possible constantly to improve. It’s possible to produce with green energy. We can utilize environment friendly recyclable corns starch based plastics with 3D printing. And it has its own nice look and feel.
Can I come with a design wish to millibar?
Yes please do so. We cant promise to fulfil your wish, but we like challenges and fresh ideas. If we are able and we like your idea, we would like to give it a go. Note though this will take some time, designing, testing and prototyping, before we will be able to deliver. Let us have a dialogue about it.
Colours
Can strong sunlight fade the colours?
If left outside in direct sunlight for extended periods, UV rays will fade the colors. While it may not be immediately noticeable, purchasing a spare part could reveal the difference.
Can I come with a colour wish to millibar?
Yes please do so. We cant promise to fulfil your wish, but if we are able and we like your colour, we would like to give it a go. Let us have a dialogue about it.
Spare parts
Can millibar provide spare parts?
If you require spare parts, please reach out to us by mail support@millibar.store with your request. We will do our best to assist you by providing the missing component, although please be aware that there could be a charge for this service. Rest assured, we will inform you of any fees upfront. Kindly be aware of potential slight color differences in spare parts.
Defects
What is the return period for defective Items?
Consumers are entitled to return a defective item up to two years after it has been purchased, but within reasonable time of having discovered the defect.
What qualifies as a defect?
Defects are faults that can be traced to how the product was manufactured. They are not associated with ordinary wear and tear, or the aging of products. millibar ApS reserves the right to remedy the error. Secondarily, we would redelivery the product. If neither is possible, we will issue a refund. For questions about returns, please contact our customer service at: support@millibar.store.
